International issues resolved through regional co operations

Having come to South Africa as Indian Parliamentarian official delegation to Cape Town and discuss on various bilateral relations I could understand the importance of BRICS and BISA . These type of Institutional approach in International Law and Diplomacy is the recent development of new forces and Powers in action in the international arena following the western forces and powers practice in the last two centuries. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi had developed and nurtured NAM which should also be energised and rejuvenated for the welfare of Millions of people. 77+ C may be a means to achieve unanimity in UN but NAM has much more relevance in the evolving situations in the multilateral relationships.
